MEASURE the smallest part of your waist.
Don't guess, get a measuring tape and measure!
After you measure your waist, refer to the chart under waist measurement on the far right and find where you measurement falls in order to determine your best size.
Length: The waist trainers are all approximately 10 inches long in the front and 5.5-6 inches long in the back.
