Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 0-2 business days to process your order. (Order cutoff time - 12 PM - EST New York) Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S:
- $8 Flat Rate. Ships via UPS Standard Ground Shipping.
If shipping to a P.O. Box
- $8 Flat Rate. Ships via USPS Standard Ground Shipping.
For International Shipments
- $18 Flat Rate. Ships via USPS Priority Shipping.
- International orders do not include duties or taxes. You will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
- Depending on the destination country and shipping method were chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver.
Please note
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number in which you can track your order with.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
