Refund policy

RETURNS

Within 14 days from the shipping date, you can receive a full refund to the original method of payment. Within 30 days from the shipping date, you can exchange your item or return for store credit. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Customer covers return postage. Returns for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee of $8, which will be deducted from your refund.

Eligible domestic returns can also be refunded in the form of store credit on a DAVIS ACTIVE gift card, and no return shipping fee will be applied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Combined returns are prohibited.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Made to order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • An item that is reduced in price on our website is considered a Sale or Final Sale item.

  • Items purchased during a Promotional Time Period or Flash Sale may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, no refunds.

  • MADE TO ORDER items may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only, no refunds.

  • Last Chance Items (50-70% off) Items are priced to clear and not eligible for return. 'FINAL SALE' at the checkout cart. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

  • Due to hygienic reasons, swimwear and intimates are all FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@davisactive.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned. 

Shipping

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
